About Us

The story of Wings of Mercy begins with two men—Spencer Dabbs and Darrell Laws—who share a heart for serving others and a passion for living out their faith in action. What started as a simple vision to reach and disciple the next generation has grown into a ministry dedicated to guiding students in their faith.

As a new organization, Wings of Mercy is still growing—learning, building, and walking step by step in faith. Spencer and Darrell believe that true impact comes not from size or status, but from obedience to God’s call. Their mission is to be faithful with what they have today, trusting God to open doors for tomorrow.

Together, they are laying the foundation for Student Outreach on high school and college campuses. Through publicly speaking and engaging with students at high schools and college campuses. By investing in young people, Wings of Mercy seeks to establish Bible study groups, multiply disciples, build Christ-centered communities, and equip students to impact their schools and peers with integrity and love.

With honesty, humility, and a heart to serve, Spencer and Darrell continue to move forward—believing that small beginnings can lead to great spiritual impact when God is at the center. Wings of Mercy may be new, but its calling is timeless: to love others as Christ first loved us.

A Message from the Founders

From the very beginning, our prayer has been simple—that Wings of Mercy would reflect God’s love in action. We started this journey not because we had all the answers, but because we believed that small steps of faith can lead to lasting impact when rooted in obedience to Him.

As a new organization, we are learning and growing every day. There are challenges, lessons, and moments where we must lean completely on God’s strength—but through it all, we’ve seen His hand guide every step. Our heart is to remain faithful, humble, and willing—trusting that the seeds planted today will grow into discipleship and testimonies tomorrow.
