Refund policy

Wings of Mercy is a faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to serving communities through disaster relief and student outreach initiatives. We are deeply grateful for every contribution that supports our mission. Because donations are vital to sustaining our outreach, we strive to handle each gift with integrity, transparency, and care.
This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted. By submitting a donation, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Policy
All donations made to Wings of Mercy are considered final and non-refundable. Contributions are processed as charitable gifts to support our programs and outreach efforts.
However, we understand that errors can occur. If you believe you made an incorrect donation amount, or submitted a donation by mistake, please contact us promptly. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with this policy.
2. Requesting a Refund

To help us process your request quickly, please include:
- Your full name
- Donation amount and date
- Transaction ID or confirmation number (if available)
- The reason for the refund request
Refund requests must be received within 7 calendar days of the original donation date. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for consideration.
3. Recurring Donations
If you have set up a recurring (monthly or annual) donation, you may cancel future payments at any time by contacting us at wingsofmercy.nonprofit@gmail.com.
Cancellations will take effect prior to the next scheduled donation date. Refunds will not be issued for donations that have already been processed.
4. Event or Campaign Contributions
If a donation is made in connection with a specific campaign, fundraising event, or designated project, refunds will only be issued if the campaign or event is canceled, or if an administrative error occurred during processing.
All other contributions designated for specific purposes will be applied in good faith to the intended program area, though Wings of Mercy reserves the right to redirect funds to areas of greatest need if a program is fully funded or no longer active.
5. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 10–15 business days of approval.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.
6. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe your credit card, debit card, or payment method has been used fraudulently to make a donation to Wings of Mercy, please contact us immediately.
We will work with you and your financial institution to investigate and, if appropriate, issue a refund for the unauthorized transaction.
